Courtyard Marriott - Utica, MI
The hotel underwent a complete interior renovation while staying fully operational. Intramode provided procurement of all furnishings for the guestrooms, lobby, meeting rooms, fitness center, pool area and terrace. The lobby includes all new furniture and lighting to accent the new lobby areas; the Reception Lounge area, the Communal Table and the Business Center. Guestroom furnishings included casegoods, lounge chairs, sleeper sofas, desks and task chairs. Intramode also provided the hotel window treatments, floorcovering, accessories, and task lighting.
Detroit Athletic Club - Detroit, MI
When the Detroit Athletic Club underwent a renovation, Intramode was hired to provide procurement services for the furnishings. Intramode provided custom casegoods, a minibar, guest amenities, lounge seating, lighting, window treatments, bed throws and bedskirts for the Guest Suites. Intramode provided all of the furnishings for the Executive Boardroom, including a custom conference table, seating and lounge furniture. In the newly added Spa, Intramode provided all of the furnishings, including the massage table, pedicure chair, stool and manicure table and chair, along with window treatments and lighting. Intramode also provided reupholstering of the dining room chairs to give them a fresh new look.
Google - Ann Arbor, MI
Intramode was hired to assist with FF&E procurement services when Google moved their Adwords Division to Ann Arbor, Michigan. The procurement included all lounge seating and occasional tables for breakout spaces and waiting areas, seating for the café, arcade machines and a billiards table for the Arcade and all art supplies and a craft tables for the Art Center. In addition, Intramode procured all of the flooring for the new facility which included carpeting and vinyl resilient flooring.
NTH Consultants - Northville, MI
When NTH Consultants decided to make Northville, Michigan the home of their new headquarters, Intramode was hired to provide procurement services for the FF&E for the entire facility. The procurement included workstations, custom private office casegoods, lounge and task seating, storage components, filing cabinets, conference room furniture and appliances for kitchenettes. The procurement also included window treatments, a custom signage package, along with carpeting and resilient flooring.
Holiday Inn & Suites - Atlanta, GA
The hotel was converted from a Ramada to a Holiday Inn & Suites. The Public Area renovation consisted of the Lobby, Bar, Business Center, Dining Area, Lounge and Pre-Function Area. Intramode provided procurement of all of the furnishings for the Public Area and guestrooms. The Public Area furnishings included lounge seating, dining tables and seating, occasional tables, artwork, accessories and lighting. The guestroom furnishings included carpeting, lounge seating, artwork, mirrors, task lighting and casegoods comprised of headboards, nightstands, 3-drawer chests, hanging desks and side tables.
Holiday Inn Select Perimeter - Atlanta, GA
The hotel underwent a two phased renovation. Phase I included renovation to the First Floor Public Areas. Phase II included renovation to the 4th and 5th floor guestrooms. Intramode provided procurement of all furnishings for the renovated guestrooms, lobby, ballrooms, lounge, bar and fitness center. The guestroom furnishings included an upholstered headboard with LED reading lights, a credenza with a workstation and TV panel and a refrigerator cabinet. The Public Area furnishings included the floorcovering, lounge seating, occasional tables, pendant and table lighting, artwork and accessories. Intramode also provided the Public Area wallcoverings and the Bar, Restaurant Host Stand and Restaurant Buffet Line murals.
NTH Consultants - Detroit, MI
Intramode was hired to provide procurement services for the FF&E when NTH Consultants relocated their Detroit office to Ford Field. The procurement included conference room tables and chairs, workstations, task and lounge seating, storage components and custom millwork. In addition, Intramode procured all of the window treatments and a custom signage package for all way-finding, directory, and ADA signage.
Turner Construction - Detroit, MI
Turner Construction relocated to the historic Buhl Building after they outgrew their Detroit Headquarters. Intramode was hired to provide procurement services for all of the furnishings throughout the entire space. The procurement included workstations, conference rooms and private offices. A custom reception desk with a glass front with the Turner logo was purchased. Intramode also provided the floorcovering, window treatments and signage.
Hotel Indigo - San Antonio, TX
The hotel underwent a complete renovation including a change in its Brand, from a Hawthorn Suites to Hotel Indigo, a branded boutique hotel. Intramode provided procurement of all furnishings for the guestrooms, lobby, conference rooms, fitness center and Phi Bar and Bistro. Furnishings included guestroom casegoods, lounge chairs with occasional tables, dining tables and chairs and bar stools. Intramode also provided the bedding, window treatments, floorcovering, accessories, lighting, murals and interior signage.
Holiday Inn Austin - Austin, TX
The hotel renovation was handled in two phases. As the hotel changed its brand from a Radisson to a Holiday Inn, Phase I of the renovation included adding the Holiday Inn Hallmark items to the hotel, along with updating the Fitness Center to Holiday Inn standards. Intramode procured all of the furnishings for this Phase, including the ScentWave System, entry door graphics, Lobby planters, the Reception Area signature back wall panel and counter top accent lighting, guestroom pillow wraps, bed throws and shower curtains. The Fitness Center furnishings included floorcovering, lighting, artwork and fitness accessories such as a scale and yoga mats. In the Phase II renovation of the hotel, Intramode procured all of the furnishings for the Guestroom and Public Areas. The guestroom furnishings included a headboard with LED reading lights and nightstand light sconces, a credenza with a workstation, lounge seating, task lighting, and window treatments. Public Area furnishings included lounge seating, sectional sofas, decorative pillows, occasional tables, pendant and table lighting, artwork, accessories and wallcovering.
Detroit Renaissance - Detroit, MI
When Detroit Renaissance renovated their offices, Intramode procured the furnishings. Intramode provided the lobby furniture, the conference room furniture – tables, credenzas and seating and the casegood furniture for all of the private offices. Intramode also provided the appliances, storage, filing and the signage.
Hotel Baronette - Novi, MI
Hotel Baronette's "boutique ambience" services mostly business travelers seeking a high quality place to stay near their destination. Keeping this in mind, the hotel changed its brand to a Marriott – Renaissance and renovated the property with up-to-date finishes, furniture and amenities. Intramode’s services include the procurement of all casegoods for the guestrooms.
First Mercury Financial Corporation - Southfield, MI
When First Mercury Financial Corporation moved their corporate offices, Intramode was asked to procure the floorcovering, interior signage and window treatments. The floorcovering installation included a combination of three broadloom carpets and a carpet tile to create designs that mimic the ceiling architecture lines and curves above. The interior signage included Room/Workstation ID signs, along with Entry Logo signage. Intramode also provided the window treatments which were motorized sheer weaved roller shades.
Lofts of Merchants Row - Detroit, MI
The Lofts of Merchants Row combined five historic buildings and one new "ground-up" building into a new mixed-use development. Intramode’s services included the procurement of all floorcovering, window treatments and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer, and dryer) for the 157 residential units.
Holiday Inn Kansas City - Kansas City, MO
The hotel renovated the Public Areas including the Lobby, Ballrooms, Bar, Business Center, Dining, Reception/Pre-Function Areas and the Pool Area. Intramode provided procurement of all of the furnishings for the Public Areas, including lounge seating, dining tables and seating, occasional tables, artwork and accessories. Intramode also procured the carpeting, wallcovering, lighting and interior signage for all of the Public Areas. The ADA guestrooms were updated with new carpeting, lounge seating and a wardrobe unit, while the Suites also received new carpeting and lounge seating, along with a new bed scarf and bedskirt.
Detroit Beer Company - Detroit, MI
The historic Hartz Building was renovated and brought a brewery to downtown Detroit. Intramode procured all the furnishings for the restaurant. The furnishings included the floorcovering, dining tables and chairs, artwork, along with pendant and sconce lighting.
Emerald Springs Community Center - Detroit, MI
Intramode was asked to procure furnishings for the Community Center of a new housing development in the city of Detroit. The furnishings included lounge seating, occasional tables, desks, dining tables and chairs, artwork, accessories, wood fireplace mantel and a foosball game table in the Activity Center.
Hunter House - Detroit, MI
The new Hunter House Plus occupies the first floor of the Hilton Garden Inn in Detroit. The design combines traditional elements in a contemporary manor to blend with the hotel interior yet maintain its own image. Intramode’s services included the procurement of all furnishings for this project, including the dining tables, chairs and stools, artwork framing, recessed lighting and office furnishings.
